Youth Participation Convenor (Identified)

The Youth Participation Convenor engages with young people who are involved with the Youth Justice System and facilitates Family Led Decision Making (FLDM) meetings regarding the young person’s offending, and develops a case plan to support the young person and their family to meet their goals.
