Aftercare Worker (Male Identified)

Full Time, Fixed term until 30 June 2025

Based in Cairns

Salary $96,675 – $101,056

 

The Aftercare Worker will work in the Culture Care Connect program which brings together key streams of suicide prevention, planning, coordination, and activity across the network regions, including raising awareness, early prevention, crisis management and aftercare services.

  • Provide a cover letter of no more than two pages, addressing the Core Capabilities in the Position Description
  • Provide an Identified Reference
  • Hold AHPRA registration or a current Blue Card (for suitability to work with children and young people)
  • Possess a current driver’s licence
